POC: allow description to be 120 characters if Sage version is 29 or above

POC: add option to not blind copy internal emails

• Split out "internal" and "external" (supplier) emails in POC and if this new option to not blind copy internal emails is turned on, only blind copy the external supplier emails to the specified email address (works in conjunction with the existing field to blind copy all emails).
