You sorted out a big ongoing issue with a user’s sage 50 account in around 30 minutes. Previously for us no matter what was tried multiple times support wise this user’s account just refused to load. I didn't mention this to you before you started but many hours were invested in attempting to sort this problem out, this was an issue that had spanned over the past few years. Multiple tech guys from Sage had tried and failed to resolve this issue, at least 8 or 9 tech's had tried and failed. My user had to use a spare PC to log on to Sage as a work around. You managed to single handed to fully resolve the issue without any apparent strain. this has been a huge help to my company!
