Transaction Importer: don't allow cost code for SI and SC transactions
- Allow specification of a project on SI and SC transactions, but not cost codes.
Bug fixes
POC: fix bug where POs edited before final approval were not showing their Sage PO number in POC
- If a PO is edited before it's been approved and created in Sage, then the Sage order number was not being stored on the PO record in POC. This fix means the order number is stored if the PO has been edited.
