The start of 2017 marks a watershed in the history of Advantage Services. As you will know if you've been to our website in the past, it's been looking a little tired and in need of a revamp for a while now. We realised this and about a year ago we started thinking about what we should do.
Then, in April, Technical Director Dan (that's me) and Operations Director Julian attended a client meeting which brought together several suppliers to discuss a complex CRM and website implementation. It was Dan's birthday, and although there was no cake, we were introduced to Matt Groom of Resolution Design. We could tell straight away that they were a cut above who we'd spoken to before, and we knew we wanted to work with them on our own website as well as the mutual customer project. Later getting to know more about them made it clear they have experience and expertise in all the fields of such a project, and this convinced us we'd made the right choice.
What you see now is the result of Resolution Design's work and we are delighted with the result. We hope you like it too. The aim is not just to make our website easier to navigate, but to work much better on mobile phones and tablet computers - plus bring together the other websites we own in order to streamline our business.
